| What | Trained, experienced homemakers provide routine house cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry and food preparation. Individual needs are assessed and a customized plan is developed to meet those needs on a regular schedule. |
| Who | Homemaker services are available to anyone who is not able to perform routine household tasks for themselves. Often recipients are individuals who are frail, have a physical disability or mental health challenges. |
| Why | A clean, healthy environment is essential to maintain independence, dignity and overall well-being. |
| Outcome | Individuals remain living in their own homes in a safe and healthy environment. |
| Cost | Homemaker services are available on an ability to pay basis. Some Medical Assistance and waivered programs are also accepted. |
